Purpose of the project
Certyfikat.podziel.pl is a free browser-based tool for creating one document or a larger batch from Excel/CSV. It combines a visual editor, data validation, PDF/ZIP export, QR and optional Ed25519 data integrity without requiring an account.
Local data model
Participant sheets, projects and generated files are processed in the browser. The user decides when to save, export or remove a project. External advertising and analytics, when enabled, are separate from the certificate data workflow.
Editorial and testing method
Guides are written around real generator functions and reviewed when the application changes. Releases are checked for links, language pairs, metadata, structured data, JavaScript syntax, template rendering and mobile overflow. Update date: 2026-07-23.
Important limitations
A graphic signature is not a qualified electronic signature. Ed25519 verification can confirm that a signed data package has not changed for a given key; it does not independently prove the real-world identity or authority of the issuer.
