Why the design works
The composition preserves a clear hierarchy between the title, recipient and issuer. Accent colour highlights key information while the safe zones leave room for logo, signatures and QR.
Editable fields
Title, recipient, programme, date, issuer, signatures, numbering, logo, colours, background and QR.
Print guidance
Export PDF and check the longest recipient name at 100% zoom. Print one test copy before producing a batch.
Template palette
You can replace all three colours in the local brand kit without changing the original template.
How to customise this design
A children’s award can be playful but should still be easy for parents and schools to read. Do not shrink the recipient name to make room for decoration.
A suggested document title is “YOUNG DISCOVERER DIPLOMA”. The main statement can use: for curiosity, discovery and achievement in “the programme name”.
The palette #2451a4, #f0a43a and #f8fbff can be replaced with one brand-kit action. Preserve sufficient brightness contrast between the background and text so the document remains readable in PDF and on paper.
Related templates
Before final export, test the document with the longest recipient name and the real organisation logo.
